Meet Makayla, one of our amazing Workforce Experience Team Lead based in Kentucky! We sat down with Makayla to find out some fun facts and more about her role!

1. What is your job role?

Workforce Experience Team Lead.

2. How/why did you get into the staffing/HR industry?

I was seeking an opportunity to serve people in a greater capacity than I was before.

3. What is one thing you have learned so far about the staffing industry?

I’ve done a lot of reading over on worker misclassification and the ramifications which come along with it.

4. What is the best thing about your role?

The opportunity to connect with people of a variety of backgrounds on a daily basis.

5. What is one interesting thing about you that your colleagues may not know?

I’ve watched the television series “Gilmore Girls” all the way through seven times in my adult life.

6. What is your idea of the perfect day?

A perfect day would consist of watching movies in bed and eating lots of snacks with my husband and daughters.

7. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A teacher!

8. What is your favorite quote?

Cliché, but…“If it’s meant to be, it will be.”

9. What do you do to beat stress?

Shop!
