We are looking for an Account Manager (Client Business Manager) to help us contribute to our client’s growth and induction into the North American Market. This role with be specifically focusing on clients that are first entering the North American Market to set them up to achieve prolific growth!
This is a key role in our solutions-focused company and is responsible for managing our clients’ full life cycle including; onboarding our new clients, managing our clients’ health in life, spearheading client engagement, and providing client training.
This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and 2 days remote. You’ll report to the SVP of Client Engagement and work alongside the rest of our Client Experience Team based across the US and in the UK.
To be successful in this position we are looking for an individual that has a proactive, consultative, relational approach. Our clients will see you as an extension of their own team, they will describe you as a variable that contributed directly to their success!
Primary Responsibilities:
Account Management
Facilitate a proactive client relationship by having an in-depth understanding of our client’s goals, health and challenges, anticipating potential issues, and providing unprompted support that continually improves our clients’ experience and furthers their success
Conduct regular health checks and growth assessments to enable clients’ growth
Utilize creative/analytical thinking to identify complex problems and create simple solutions that scale
Provide regular training and education for clients on US and Canadian workforce compliance
Being able to work cross-functionally with internal terms
Operations
Advise and provide solutions to your clients’ strategic operational challenges
Train new client team members on-to our workforce management platform
Consult with clients on operational processes, and develop workflows to support their requirements
Implement and manage internal process change, working cross-functionally to streamline processes
Compliance
Prioritize, manage, and own emerging and developing key customer risks/issues from start to finish to de-escalate and resolve customer concerns
Build relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations
About You
Client Centric - 3+ years of experience in customer/client-facing roles eg Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Client Operations.
Team Focused - Above all else we value a team-first attitude, love of collaboration.
Education - Preferred Bachelor’s or BA/BS degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Communication – Personable and able to relationally communicate to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level. Engaging written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex terms simply.
Innovative - Process solutions logically to objectively troubleshoot and innovatively resolve situations. You utilize creative thinking to create solutions that scale.
Adaptability - Are an emotionally intelligent people person who enjoys engaging with others and has a level-headed, positive approach to (even challenging) situations, you thrive in an adaptable, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Professional Development (PD) - Quick learner with a desire for continuous improvement who seeks out feedback and takes ownership of personal PD.

This will require high-speed internet (ideally with a minimum of 50mbps/50mbps),and have a workspace/office set-up that is fully-functioning, where you can work with without interruption and background disruptions.
