Why did you decide to expand your business to North America?

We have a growing client base in North America, so it was only a matter of time before we decided to expand our business there.

What were the first roles you wanted to hire in the US?

The first few hires have been salespeople so that we can service our existing customers and grow our US client base.

Why did you use an employer of record solution in the US?

We looked into a number of options to payroll employees in the US including setting up our own business and a variety of different outsourcing options. In the end, we elected to use PGC’s employer of record solution as it was a complete all-in-one option.

The main benefit has been time. Once we decided to use PGC as our US employer of record, we were ready to onboard workers within a few days. It saved us from setting up a US entity, not to mention sourcing insurance and benefits for our US employees. Using a US employer of record that covers all 50 states means we can also easily hire employees in different states without having to know the differences in local compliance. They sort all of that for us. PGC has allowed us to focus on growing our business because we know the compliance side of employment in the US is being handled.
