More than 23 years in business

In 2020, we celebrated 20 years in business. Some of the team flew to our (then) headquarters in the Flat Iron District of New York City, and we recorded interviews with key team members. There are members of our leadership team that have been with PGC for over 12 years now and it was compelling to hear their stories of what PGC was like in the beginning, how the business has changed over the years, and what the future holds for PGC.

This is our story.

Our story so far…

**2000** – Founded in Seattle, USA. We were one of the pioneers in the outsourced employment space.
**2007** – We found our niche in the UK recruitment market, acting as the go-to solution for a US expansion.
**2009** – We became operational in every US state and launched our solution in Canada, opening a new market.
**2014** – Launched our fully-outsourced employment model for companies wanting to engage a North American workforce.
**2016** – After experiencing rapid growth, we needed a robust technology solution to scale, so we built our own, Precision.
**2020** - COVID pademic throws the world into turmoil. Having pivoted to a hybrid working model, we decided to make this change permanent and pioneer a new way of working. We now have two U.S. offices, as well as hybrid office/remote workforce across strategic locations in the U.S. and Europe.
**2021** - relocated our HQ to Austin, TX.
